Terms & Conditions
Reservations:
We request a deposit of 50% now and 50% 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
You have 10 days to send the deposit after you reserve the dates with us.
If you fail to pay any of the balance due we shall be entitled to retain your deposit and rebook the house for the dates in question.
This booking contract is made expressly between you signing the booking form and the owners of the house and these conditions shall be the sole terms of the contract.
Booking Form:
A booking form should be completed and returned with the deposit in order to secure the booking.We ask that the deposit and balance should be made either by Euro or Sterling cheque.Details will be given at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
50% is due from confirmation of holiday.
100% is due 60 days prior to the holiday. We will make as much effort as possible to re rent the house out again and if this is done 50% of the cost will be refunded.You are advised to insure with a registered Insurance Company to cover this and medical /sickness cover and travel costs.
Arrival/Departure times:
Please arrive at the property between 4pm-7pm on Saturday and kindly leave by 10 am to allow for the cleaning.
Directions will be sent a month beforehand. A breakage deposit of 200 Euro is payable upon arrival.
Cleaning:
The property will be cleaned and sheets & towels changed once a week on Saturdays (changeover day).There is no extra cost for final cleaning but we kindly ask that you leave property in a decent state.
Suitability of properties:
The apartments Fondora and Cervia are suitable for anyone.The farmhouse Casa Isabella is not suitable for unsupervised children as the pool is on a panoramic terrace.
Legal Responsibilities:
Like all houses things can go wrong or breakdown. In the event we have to cancel the booking for any reason whatsoever you agree to a full refund or the amount proportional to the unexpired period in full satisfaction and will have no further claim against us.
Insurance:
Insurance against personal accident and loss of personal affects is not included in the booking cost and no responsibility can be accepted for accidents or losses.Vehicles and their accessories or contents shall be deemed to be left on the premises at the owners risk.We shall not be held responsible for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. You are strongly advised to insure yourself and your goods by taking out good travel insurance before you leave.
